4. Data, Storage, and Backups
  • We collect and log IP addresses, device fingerprints, and user agent information for security and fraud prevention.
  • You are solely responsible for keeping physical lottery boxes, tickets, or records. We highly encourage you to maintain physical records in the event of power outages, internet disruptions, or any technical issues, including server failures, website/database downtime, or security breaches at any point of access.
  • We also encourage you to download or print daily closing reports to avoid data loss.
  • lotteryonscreen.com is not liable for data loss caused by:
    • Loss of power or internet connection
    • Server downtime or maintenance
    • Unauthorized access, hacking, or system breaches
    • User error or failure to back up data
5. Premium, Trial, and Free Access

Free trials are offered without requiring a credit card or payment information. At the end of your trial, your account will automatically revert to the free plan unless you choose to subscribe to a premium plan.

No Guarantee of Free Service: The free plan is provided at our discretion and is not guaranteed to remain available indefinitely. We reserve the right to revoke free access for active or new accounts at any time, without notice. We may also change the free plan limits, including reducing or increasing the number of free slots, or discontinue the free plan entirely.

  • No sharing of login credentials.
  • No hacking, tampering, or exploiting vulnerabilities.
  • No reverse engineering, copying, or reselling of services.
  • No use of the Service for unlawful purposes.
7. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Outages may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, internet failure, or other unforeseen events.

7a. Equipment Purchase and Maintenance

lotteryonscreen.com provides software services only. We do not sell, supply, or maintain any hardware equipment. You are solely responsible for providing and maintaining your own equipment, including but not limited to:

  • Screens, displays, and monitors
  • PCs, laptops, or other computers
  • Keyboards, mice, scanners, printers, or similar devices

lotteryonscreen.com does not provide technical support, troubleshooting, or repairs for any equipment or hardware you use. It is your responsibility to ensure your devices are functional and compatible with our Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

lotteryonscreen.com provides the Service "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

  • Loss of profits, tickets, or winnings
  • Loss of stored data or reports
  • Unauthorized access or account misuse
  • Downtime, errors, or bugs

You agree to maintain backups, download reports daily, and secure your lottery boxes. You are solely responsible for protecting your account, data, and devices.

12. Payment and Billing

No payment is collected during a free trial. Payment is only required if you choose to upgrade to a paid subscription after your trial ends.

  • Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through Stripe, Inc. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.
  • Subscription Plans: Monthly ($15/month) and Annual ($150/year) plans available.
  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
  • Payment Failures: If payment fails, your account may be downgraded to free plan (10 slots) until payment is resolved.
  • Price Changes: We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be notified via email.
  • Taxes: Prices do not include applicable taxes. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or government charges.
13. Cancellation and Refunds
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
  • Access After Cancellation: You retain premium access until your paid period ends, then revert to free plan.
  • No Refunds: All payments are final and non-refundable except as required by law or at our sole discretion.
  • Trial Cancellation: Free trials require no payment information and will expire automatically unless upgraded. You may cancel your free trial at any time. Since no payment information is required for a free trial, cancellation does not result in any charges.
14. Security and Fraud Prevention
  • Session Monitoring: We track session IDs, IP addresses, and device information to prevent payment fraud and session hijacking.
  • Duplicate Payment Prevention: Payment sessions are processed only once. Attempts to reuse payment confirmation links will be blocked and logged.
  • Suspicious Activity: We monitor for unauthorized access attempts, including:
    • Session hijacking attempts
    • Multiple failed login attempts
    • Unusual payment patterns
    • Access from multiple devices/locations simultaneously
  • Account Suspension: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaged in fraudulent activity, including but not limited to:
    • Payment fraud or chargebacks
    • Attempting to manipulate premium access
    • Sharing accounts across multiple locations
  • Security Logs: All payment-related activities are logged with timestamps, IP addresses, and user agent information for security auditing.
15. Account Termination
  • By You: You may close your account at any time by contacting support.
  • By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account for:
    • Violation of these Terms
    • Fraudulent activity or chargebacks
    • Abusive behavior toward staff
    • Non-payment of subscription fees
  • Effect of Termination: Upon termination, you lose access to all data. We are not obligated to retain or provide copies of your data after termination.
16. Data Retention and Deletion
  • We retain your account data for as long as your account is active.
  • After account closure, data may be retained for up to 30 days before permanent deletion.
  • Payment records and security logs are retained for 7 years for legal compliance and fraud prevention.
  • Your Responsibility: Export and backup your data before closing your account. We are not responsible for data loss after account deletion.

  • Stripe: Payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. Your use of payment features is subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
  • No Liability: We are not responsible for issues arising from third-party service failures or downtime.

  • All content, features, and functionality of lotteryonscreen.com are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.
  • Your Data: You retain ownership of data you enter into the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a license to store, process, and display your data as necessary to provide the Service.
